Twist it up for KIPP Chicago!

For the first time ever….for one day only Kim & Scott’s invites you to join us as we open our magical pretzel bakery up to the world for a cause close to the hearts of our company’s founders.

Saturday, April 21st, we will be holding a pretzel twisting fundraiser at our bakery at 2107 West Carroll Ave from 9:30am-3:30pm to raise money to support KIPP Ascend Charter School, located in Chicago.

Kim and Scott Holstein, the founders of Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels,  are on the Board of KIPP Ascend, which is an extraordinary charter school that educates 550 students from the Austin, Garfield Park North Lawndale communities on Chicago’s West side.

The mission of KIPP Ascend is simple:

“To empower students with the knowledge, skills, and character traits necessary to succeed in top-quality high schools and universities, and to have a positive impact on their communities. At KIPP Ascend, all students “climb the mountain” to and through college!”

The goal of our fundraiser is to raise funds for KIPP Ascend, while you all have a twisting great time!
