On St. Patty’s Day, everyone is Irish! How are you celebrating on this year?
If you are still finalizing your plan’s here’s a few last minute pairings to serve with your Irish beer!
Our Original Bavarian Pretzels or Our Cheddar Jalapeno with Beer Cheese Sauce
- One beer
- 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
- One cup of cream cheese
- One tablespoon flour
- One jalapeno diced
- One garlic clove finely diced
Put the beer in a pot and bring to a boil, cut the heat back and add the cheddar and flour mixing until the cheese has melted.
Now add the cream cheese, garlic and Jalapeno and stir until all melted. Keep warm on the side.
Our Chocolate Brownie Pretzel with Irish Creme Chocolate Sauce
c. non-sweetened cocoa
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Irish cream liqueur
1/3 c. half and half (light cream)
1/4 c. butter
Ice cream, pound cake, or fresh fruit
