The Sweetest Little Letter

We received this wonderful little letter from a child after experiencing our pretzels.  It really touched us and warmed our hearts.  We love hearing back from current and new pretzel fans.  It’s really amazing when we hear from a new little and growing pretzel fan.

Thank you , Casey, for sharing your experience with us.  You put smiles on many faces!

Entrepreneurial Exposure and Education

To address the increasing demand for entrepreneurial exposure and education, the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center (CEC), the Motorola Foundation and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) launched the Future Founders program. The program was created to give motivated high-school students in Chicago’s underserved neighborhoods the opportunity to learn about and even experience entrepreneurship during the school year from some of the city’s most successful entrepreneurs.

The students came to Cafe Twist to enjoy a discussion with entrepreneurs, Kim and Scott!  Kim and Scott shared “Twisted Tips to Make Your Dreams Come True,” and the students asked all kinds of intelligent questions regarding starting and maintaining your own business.

This was a great example of Pretzel Power in action- our effort to empower others.
