Pretzel Dad’s Den: Get Your Zzz’s Please

Good Night, Sleep Thin.  Scott recently shared an article with us about the importance of sleep while trying to maintain a healthier, slimmer physique.  According to Reuters Health, “Researchers found that normal-weight young men ate a Big Mac’s-worth of extra calories when they’d gotten four hours of sleep the night before compared to when they slept for eight hours.”  These  findings reiterate that people need to do their best to get an adequate amount of sleep so their bodies can function properly.  To read more about the study, click HERE and make sure you’re getting a full eight hours!
